OUR STORY

For Eric Payne, learning, working and providing excellence in the real estate and construction industry has been a lifetime pursuit which started as a little boy helping his father. Today, Eric is not only a licensed and insured General Contractor but also a licensed Real Estate Agent and holds an MBA in Finance.

Eric has brought together a team of skilled tradesmen, designers and architects to deliver a truly rewarding experience for the homeowner looking to renovate their home. Not only do they create beautiful spaces, but can address all issues that come up in a home renovation project as part of the plan to begin with; such as financing, valuation, permits and structural soundness to name a few. OUR ETHICS

The policy at PR Design Build is to do things the right way with the right materials that best fit the project. Cutting corners is not acceptable and having the proper permits and paperwork in place is mandatory. Customers have asked for cost saving measures that would be unsafe in the construction of their project, and Eric Payne, our CEO, is always willing to be honest and forthcoming about not compromising the right way to do something just to “get the job”. Ethical business practices are very important to the success of PR Design Build. Honesty and integrity build relationships that develop into long term customers and positive word of mouth referrals.

OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

PR Design Build believes you should look respectable to be respected. Our team is required to wear shirts on all projects. All apparel must be free of large holes, obscenities and competitor advertising. Our employees will not use drugs, alcohol, or curse on your job sites. We also respect our customer's homes and will not use radios when working in owner occupied spaces.
