Home Improvement and Maintenance Projects

We have a service for busy homeowners called Home Services. Our employees are specifically trained to complete home improvement jobs in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, and Leelanau counties.

Responding to a need for high quality service in a timely manner, we want to emphasize that no project is too small for Home Services. Services range from adjusting doors or windows that won’t shut or lock properly, hanging pictures, putting up shelves to creating a new closet space, building a deck, or completely remodeling a kitchen or bathroom. We also offer a “house-check” service for part-time residents.

Home Services technicians are set up with fully-equipped vans and arrive at your home prepared to begin working immediately. We encourage you to make a list of your needs and give us a call. We want to stress that our staff works very flexible hours geared to meet your schedule.
