Process
Design Consultation
Bring all questions and ideas! This meeting will focus on learning more about each other and about the showroom, products, and design process. Project scope and budget will be discussed. The primary goal is to ensure a good fit between client and designer. At the end of this meeting, a retainer will be collected in order to begin the custom design process.
Information Gathering
The All in One Kitchen & Bath team will review the space and take photos and measurements as needed. Design ideas and style preferences will be reviewed. Products, materials, and concepts will be discussed.
Design And Selections
The AIOKB Designer will develop floor plans, elevations, and perspectives as needed. The client will meet with the designer to refine cabinets, countertops, hardware, fixtures, and accessory selections.
Design, Presentation And Sign Off
Once all details are in place we will schedule a design presentation. You will have the opportunity to review each carefully made selection for your space. The goal is to review the final design that is esthetically pleasing and truly functional. All decision makers must be present at this meeting to ensure everyone’s ideas, questions, and needs are addressed. All documents will be signed, along with all materials being paid in full to secure an approximate start date and placement on our project calendar. At this point the designer will hand off your project details to our project manager who will be in contact with you throughout the process of your project.
Introduction To The Installation Team
All in One Kitchen & Bath will welcome you with a phone call from our project manager. Our project manager will be the point of contact for your start date and all of the steps to the completion of your project. They will be in communication with you and any other trades that may be involved in your project. We do have other members of our team that may be in contact with you as well to ensure communication and scheduling of your project
The Remodel
Your home is in good hands once the remodel process begins. We have convenient online scheduling and communication as well as direct access to the project manager throughout the project. Typically demo is the first step; any movement of plumbing/electric; followed by install of materials; measurements and installation for countertops and/or shower doors. Our dedicated staff will guide you through the process to make your remodel goes as smoothly as possible.
Project Completion/Final Walk Through!
Once your project is nearing completion, the project manager will schedule a final walk through. All decision makers/homeowners must be present for this appointment in your home. A final walkthrough is typically scheduled during the hours of 9-5, M-F. Final payment will be due at this time. Now you can enjoy your newly remodeled space! We may be in contact to schedule a photographer to come out as well.
