We are a full-service Holland remodeling contractor serving the southwest Michigan. Founded in 2001 by Josh Nelson, Nelson Builders specializes in kitchen and bathroom design which enhances our custom homes, remodeling, and additions projects.

About Josh
Josh Nelson is a fifth-generation carpenter who takes pride in his attention to detail and honest customer service. After graduating from Pensacola Christian College with degrees in business management and marketing, Josh married his college sweetheart, Angela. They live in the Holland area with their 5 children, and their dog, Libby. Together, they decided to pursue Josh’s dream of opening a small business, Nelson Builders, in 2001. The business has grown steadily through its qualified staff and expanded knowledge of the home improvement process. We are thankful to God, to our hard-working employees, and to our many wonderful clients!
Code of Conduct
Nelson Builders adheres to a strict Code of Conduct that requires our employees to look sharp and be sharp. Our Holland remodeling contractors do not wear clothing with obscenities printed on it, large holes or advertisements for competitor companies. Shirts must be worn at all times while working on jobs. Our work practices and dress must comply with OSHA regulations. Employees are respectful of our clients and do not smoke or use tobacco on customers’ properties. No drugs, alcohol, cursing, coarse joking or large offensive tattoos are allowed. None of our employees use radios on job sites.
